    How can you protect yourself from these type of scams in the future?
    I strongly recommend in the future to use PlayerUp Middleman Services to protect yourself from these type of scams.     If you are dealing with a reputable seller, please confirm their identity by messaging them through PlayerUp.


    What can you do next to resolve this issue?
    Since this is a PayPal transaction, you need to immediately go to PayPal and open a dispute hopefully before the seller moves those funds. In order to do that, go to your paypal receipt, and see the area where it says resolution or dispute payment. Open a dispute and provide them as much proof as possible. Contact PayPal as well and ask them what you need to do to win a dispute. Keep in constant communication with paypal. If you sent the payment by family and friends then unfortunately those funds are lost as you cannot dispute those payments and we strongly advise against sending friends and family payments in the future even if the seller requires it you can easily say no.     Can PlayerUp provide compensation for this dispute?
    Since this is a non middleman transaction and PlayerUp wasn't directly involved with safeguarding your payment and guaranteeing your transaction we will unfortunately not be able to provide any compensation for you on this transaction as you dealt directly with the individual for which you're submitting a complaint against in this ticket.     How can I protect myself in the future?
    We strongly advise that you don't conduct business offsite. This is the #1 way scammers attract buyers and sellers is they lure them offsite and then bait them into anything because they have no consequences for their actions. If you did business on site, then disregard this message as the majority of scams are done offsite.

    The scammer used 3 Kik Usernames, one of which is "Onlychanceyou_have". This Kik Username matches with the PlayerUp Account "@Shawn Lawrence". Please give the IP Address which is linked to the Profile, and any other necessary information.

    Admin can not give my information which none of this "scams" happened on player up none of this did player up can not take any actions outside of this site meaning if they did that's called favoritism for their staff because that means when I was scammed they could of helped me but they didn't and I was scammed with in player up and out and they told me to protect myself in the future to go thru player up, but again none if this happened they player up he wasn't scammed through here any of my personal information given by the site without my permission is a crime in the USA which you all are from so my advice is never go outside player up or there site to which they can not help anyone but few have a great day and player up can't ban because I've done nothing on this site

You clearly just admitted to scamming and if you read PlayerUp's Terms of Service, you would notice that they are legally eligible to take Legal action, which includes releasing your personal information to resolve a dispute, as it is illegal to scam.


    If you read this Guide - Combat Fraud Service | PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform. , you will see that it says the following -
    "Who can use this service?
    All registered PlayerUp members who didn't complete a transaction through PlayerUp Middleman Services can use this service.     @Admin , the account has been returned but it is damaged, 400 Gems have been wasted.

    @Shawn Lawrence has also scammed someone else, in which he is refusing to return the account. He does not believe that you can send collection agencies to retrieve the funds. Please confirm that you can do this.

    Player up can if they want they will not come to my house they call you and harass you until you pay I do not have a legal agreement that is sign to give your friend anything so nothing is held against me I called these collectors and asked my self I will recover the account I gave back I now have knowledge on what they can do which is nothing they only come after people that are in credit card or debit debt or have a signed agreement but they can not legally come and take anything only call you a million of time if you don't believe me we can call one and I can record are conversation exactly why you didn't want to talk to my parents you knew what they would tell you which is this @freechest thanks for your time on trying to black mail me as if you were a collection agent

    I used intimidation to get you to return the account to the rightful owner, and you can't recover it because it's not your account and therefore, you won't know any information about it to have it recovered.

    You clearly don't know how they work, but we'll see soon. You said you needed to sign an agreement, when you registered on PlayerUp, that was the agreement, you would know this if you read the Terms of Service.

    I can recover and watch me yes I do I asked family members looked it up and watched videos I know what collectors do I'm not implied to give them a dime yes player up has a agreement but I don't owe them money only the person that was scammed ( off site ) but we don't have a legal agreement so I'm not worried about it lol if I didn't scam player up or have a signed agreement I'm good period do you research

    I know when it was made where the year the month the city how many devices access it and I have screenshot of your transaction history I already showed them everything and they gave me a code remember I told you this a week ago I was switching it to another email all I have to do is create a new email press link, new device type in the code and it all mine so chill out before I really claim it back
