    Dear [Middleman]:

    On 1/23/17 , I sold my account. My order number is :
    2003887010. I made this purchase through middleman services .

    Unfortunately, The buyer then lie to middleman and told themm that i changed the password of the account.

    To resolve the problem, I would appreciate you take this ticket under investigation.

    I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

    You're protected still. Lets reopen the 3 way conversation ticket and get this resolved. The buyers payment is still with us.

    First off 242melo I didn't report you to the Middleman service about a password change nor have I lied to anyone about any of this. Second the issue was originally about the PSN not accepting the first password I set for the account during the transfer process, that wasn't your doing. That was on Sony's/PSN's end. When I asked you what the DOB was for the account so I could reset it you refused to share that information and you weren't going to do it yourself so I was left trying to guess the what the DOB was or keep trying to enter my password.

    Sometime later when I was trying to fix the password myself the email I had set for the account was suddenly invalid and changed back to what you originally gave me along with the password being completely different from what you gave me the first time. Now your the only one who knows this account information so who else could have reverted the information back to it's somewhat original state? I had asked you for assistance with the account prior to this like I said earlier and you said that you would work out something with me after you received your payment. On 1/31/17 I received a message stating that the transaction was completed and I was just waiting for a follow up from you but you were staying silent. I had messaged you privately several times asking for an update regarding the problem but to no response.

    Several weeks had passed and it was clear you were ignoring me, not only did you have my money but I was left with an account that I couldn't even try to login to. This is when I got frustrated and said that I would have to report you or contact the higher ups but I was still going to give you a little bit more time to get back to me before I went through with it, of course that never happened with you never speaking with me but now here we are with you claiming that I'm a fraud and stole your account. Not only is that incorrect because I gave you the payment, but this proves that you did see my messages because how else would you know that I was going to contact the middleman services?
