However This guy has conducted wire fraud against me and another user totalling $750. I am a Fed and work for the US Secret Service. I am starting a wire fraud case against this person we have some leads on him. I have been going back and forth with PP as well. I am trying to obtain the IP address from the OP of this thread. I need it to confirm the info we currently have. If I can get a firm track on him. I plan on sending a Agent from the field office to knock on his door and explain the situation he is in and have see if we can easily get him to refund the payments. If not we will follow thru with wire fraud charges. In most of these cases a knock on the door and the persofn realizing they are really in trouble usually stops and fixes these situations. Since this is a PayPal transaction, you need to immediately go to PayPal and open a dispute hopefully before the seller moves those funds. In order to do that, go to your paypal receipt, and see the area where it says resolution or dispute payment. Open a dispute and provide them as much proof as possible. Contact PayPal as well and ask them what you need to do to win a dispute. Keep in constant communication with paypal. If you sent the payment by family and friends then unfortunately those funds are lost as you cannot dispute those payments and we strongly advise against sending friends and family payments in the future even if the seller requires it you can easily say no.
