My refund took longer than usual expected time. Refund was started 2 days after it was delivered. I waited for an email until the 5th day and didn't get anything. Even when my refunder said to check my email I still did not get anything. So I called apple (on the phone number I placed the order with) and asked to update me on the refund of my order. They said a refund was in process and it would take 3-5 business to reflect on my card. I see it pending on my card now (2nd business day going into 3rd). The rep also told me that sometimes they don't send emails for refunds. So if you're still waiting and did not get an email confirmation, call them up and ask them for a refund update.
