Hey, 600+ reps account here. All heroes have at least 10 prestige. All have 3 perks per hero set. Most of the heroes have masks, visual effects, emotions - both temporarily available and on permanent sale. Content from purchased battle passes is available - year 5 seasons 1-3, year 7 seasons 1-4. Most heroes have skins of weapons from such events - Death by Metal, Rise of Warmongers, Chimera sets, Frost Winter Parade, Tales of Rebellion and more. There is also access to a set of armor from the Death by Metal event on most heroes.
