Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows if I can use the same account/email for SE if it fails. Like after a rep says you need to ship the tracker to the warehouse in order for a replacement? I have succesfully SE'd FitBit before, one time was it worked but my order got canceled for an unknown reason and the other time it worked. Then when i tried two more times later, both reps asked to ship back to warehouse. I used the same method for all of them Please give me some answers as to why this happened thank you very much!
