After countless of trying, about 5x it finally worked with an method I haven't seen here anywhere. They wanted me to send the tracker to their warehouse. Managed to reavaluate their decision and managed to get an replacement email for an fitbit blaze. It's out for delivery right now and it's not just the pebble, it's the full retail package. Thanks guys! Just be creative. Even if they ask you to send the broken tracker back u can still get the replacement without doing it.
