Alright so I know there's been alot of people asking about this but I don't see a definitive answer. I know this usually comes under the private methods but like there should be a guideline / public method around this right? Fitbit is basically asking me to return the product - sometimes during the live chat and other times after I have actually done the replacement form. I'm using a very good VPN (VyprVPN premium with Chameleon setting) and I'm renewing my VPN after every attempt! Should I be cleaning my cookies/cache or something? What should I do? Thanks.
