When I tried doing a surge account tonight, I was told that I have to send back defective item and I said that I got blood on it. And the rep said "that's ok, due to recent incidents, they now have an agreement with FedEx that allows them to ship back the item regardless of the devices physical state." Then I asked him doesn't shipping it with blood hazardous and the rep said "due to our agreement with FedEx, it is allowed." GUYS I THINK FITBIT IS GETTING SERIOUS NOW:dead:
