So today i received the FitBit is the first time i SE something, so i opened the package and saw that there was no charger or straps so i contacted fitbit and told them about it and also told them i was suppose to get it and she asked me where i originally bought the device i told her it was a gift and the she said that she needs to check and asked for my location and birth date but before that she told me there was nothing they could do in the end she told me the same exact thing im worried cause i used my address for the SE since i was only doing it once now i think i might be in trouble - - - Updated - - - need some answers here (BTW sorry for the bad grammar)
