I just completed a Bose SE following that ebook that was posted on here for free a while back. Took a while, but ultimately convinced the rep to send me an advance replacement. Will update with proof when the order arrives. As a side question: now that I am going to receive the headphones, do I have to call back and explain that I can't return my "old pair"? What reasons are good to use? Do they take this last step seriously, and is there a chance that they will not believe it and bill me regardless? Also, how would a bill work? I didn't provide them with any of my financial information - just my address. Would the bill be sent to my mail? Thanks and happy SEing
