Did an Apple Refund with a refunder. They used empty box. Got a call from Apple saying carrier investigation will be done. FedEx left a note on my door saying to leave the empty box on the doorstep for them to collect. Anyone have experience with this? Do I ignore or do I comply and put box out? Refund is already processing from Apple since I got an email from them. Any help is appreciated. Also, I got someone to try and refund a small company but they said since they are a small company they do not do refunds for missing packages (the excuse refunder used). They shipped with USPS. Would it be safe to chargeback with CC and say item never arrived?
