He contacted me about my account, he was interested, so I gave him my paypal to pay me. I only receive money on Paypal via "Friend and Family" and he sent me the money as "Goods and Service", so i refunded him and asked him to send as "friend and family". He told me that he didn't wanted to go that way so i stopped the conversation after i refunded him is initial payment. I don't know what happened to him, but he is saying that i did not refunded him, which is false (see screenshot).
