Resolved false claim negative review removal request (confused for a duplicate post)

    5. Why Should The Feedback Be Removed


    *This dispute was removed possibly it was confused for a duplicate post because it had the same title as another one but this one is a totally different dispute.


    First of all, this payment was protected by the Middleman through a 100% secure 3-way transaction and THERE IS NO ROOM FOR SCAMMING. The seller does not even receive a single penny until the full order has been delivered and verified by the Middleman. The buyer can claim a refund from the Middleman anytime and hence these escrow transactions are totally scam-free.

    All Instagram orders are processed through the same servers and using the same scripts. During the order processing, a few profiles might experience a few followers drop due to some technical issues; or some delivery delays due to the regular Instagram updates. If the order is delayed, we offer the buyer an open-ended option to either wait and continue with the order, or just cancel and claim FULL REFUND. If the buyer chooses to cancel the order, A FULL REFUND is immediately issued by the Middleman. We do not receive the money until the order is completely delivered and we surely do not scam anyone.

    This is exactly what happened with this transaction. The buyer experienced some drops in the follower's count and slight delays due to the Instagram updates. We gave him an option to either continue with the order or else cancel it. When the buyer opted to cancel, we canceled the order and he received the FULL REFUND by the Middleman. And several days later, after he received the money, he left false feedback against us claiming that he was scammed. HE ALREADY RECEIVED HIS REFUND AND THERE WAS NO SCAM IN THIS MIDDLEMAN TRANSACTION.

    "We understand that the order was delayed, but we never scammed anyone. The buyer can leave feedback based on the ground of his order delay, but calling us a scammer and slandering our legitimacy as a trustworthy business is totally unfair and out of the context. Also just because his order was slightly delayed, he cannot comment on the status of other orders where the customers are happily receiving their followers with our full support."

    Hence, we request the Middleman to either have this feedback edited or removed, as this is falsely accusing our business of scamming even after receiving a full refund.

    Greetings @Hulk @Middleman @Help

    This thread has been marked “Resolved” without any explanatory resolution. We would like to inquire about why it happened. The Buyer has not responded yet, and the feedback was neither removed or EDITED by the buyer as it accuses us on a ground that is not even true. There was no explanation provided while marking it “resolved” by the Admin.

    For all Instagram orders, we do not even receive a single penny, until the order is FULLY complete and the Buyer marks it as delivered. Before that, all the charges are borne by our team. How can an escrow order be qualified as “scam” when it was ongoing? When the buyer decided to cancel, he was FULLY REFUNDED!

    We only want the feedback edited and have the “scammed” part removed because it accuses us on an invalid ground. We did not receive any money from him for this escrow payment because the order was still ongoing and when he decided to cancel, he was fully refunded. Kindly have this feedback edited, or else removed or else please provide a reasonable explanation for any other course of action.
