Purchased a facebook account from this user, they never mentioned or said that it's a cracked account. That's not what I'm looking for. I asked for a refund and they said I didn't ask whether or not it was so it's my fault. I either want a refund of the $40 (I paid $50 as I had to fees as they only had BTC I could do) or a non cracked account with marketplace.

hello all,

so sorry for late response because i was stuck in company vacation.

i would like to describe this case like this.
- customer found me on playerup, he already read my thread and pm me via skype or tele (sorry i don't rememeber exactly)
- before he decided to made transaction, i already anwsered all the question from him. then he look like all clear and understand all about the product he going to buy, so we move to transaction process.
- after sale, he told me that he doesn't want the account because of # reason and want to refund.
- as my selling policy, i don't agree for refund because he already read my policy (sale are final and no refundable avaialble)

so buyer know the rule, and the main thing this fault is from him, im willing to anwser all question, but why he didn't ask me about the account infomation before buying it.

for me, no problem to refund, but i just want customer have to respect my policy and take responsibility for their decision.

so im waiting for the decision from middleman/mods in this case. im willing to follow all decision from you guys.
