don't want to blame you or someone else, Pro Store. what i see (this screenshot or after them which you don't see know but i have); 1- middleman conversation. (was it fake? don't know. playerup still in silence about my topic) 2- buyer's nickname 3- "paid" 270$ 4- "buyer confirmed" etc.. i have more messages than you can see from that screenshot, yes. So result is, Playerup doesn't answer me about that problem. all they do is auto (or copy paste) answers. they said fill the form, i filled the form. will i get my money? not sure. were you the buyer? not sure. should i recommend that website again? of course no, i'm sure.
Pretty obvious you got scammed by a fake middleman who sent you a DM lol. Look at the person who sent you a PM (hes banned / suspended now) and look at the 'middleman' name its in a different font lol.
not asking help from you. even if you were the buyer or it was fake conversation and not connected with you. just i had to fill the form what i see.
didn't know how original middleman looks like. i was mistaken to trust website before checking all details. i have many accounts and i will try to sell another one. no mistake after this bad experience, lol.

Yes, you were scammed by a fake middleman transaction so no purchase was made through our service. Therefore, you need to contact the game's support team to get your account back.
Playerup is the worst site ever. Thinking to be gente but plenty of scammer. The must help users buy they never do that.. They are only able to say.. Contact the game costumer services... But they like to get paid for middleman commissions.. How stupid they are to let someone subscribe with nickname middleman? Donkeys

The exactly same happened to me? How can this be? How can the username of an account be Middleman? How should I know the difference between a middleman and a scammer? I used playerup because it said 100% guarantee but it just looks like a scam

@Middleman is the real one. We already blocked any words that are closed to that but scammers sadly uses their cleverness for scamming people. They are now using special characters/codes to name themselves Middleman which could easily be distinguished as a fake if you notice that it doesn't use a normal font style.
