I contact amazon rep and got this response: Quote: I was checking that when we shipped the item and when it was marked as delivered on your address, the shipping label and the information of the carrier acknowledged the weight of the item meaning that it was there then delivered, due to that I need to open an investigation to facilitate Law Enforcement and the carrier investigations department accurate data to get to the bottom of this. Does that mean CIS investigation? Can this be saved?
