Coding Projects for Sophisticated Multi Purpose CLI PHP Mailer

Requirements: Coder Must be respectable (as we know respect is reciprocal)., must be understanding, Must have reputation and experience. Must speak English.

The Project: I am urgently looking for a skilled/experienced coder to create a PRIVATE Sophisticated Multi purpose CLI Mailer Linux Based which me and my group can use for sending Mass Mailing Most Email Providers (Mailer Should be able to use localhost as SMTP & most domain SMTPS)


What do we need?:

We are looking for somebody to create something Unique - and Similar to a sample we have but with more advanced plugins and Encryptions for bypassing spam filters/bots in most email providers
