EU Virtual Bank Account possible?

Hello, I need a service where they can provide you with a personal bank account and where you don't need verify identify when you are going to sign up. There can be some limits (for example, you can max withdraw 500€ per month). But I need bank number (IBAN for example) so I can receive payments. The Reason I'm asking I need to use fake details. + then I need withdraw it to my personal account. Any1 know something like that?
