Okay so I have vista and I want to tap on sudden attack with a program cause I disconnect to much with modem tap. I have harlar.dll and tapper in the same folder but when I run tapper it says "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click OK to terminate the application." and I dont know how to fix it could some wiz please help me can anyone share with me suddenattack sea # ...thx now no public # d No more pub #. and u r in the wrong section?
