[EQ2] Character Transfers for EverQuest II Character Transfers for EverQuest II Applying for a Character Transfer: You may use the Character Transfer Token through the Marketplace in game for server to server transfers. For your security, we are only accepting new account to account character transfer requests by phone. To initiate a new manual Character Transfer request, please contact the Customer Support Department. To access the automated transfer service: Open up the in-game marketplace through the EQII menu. Image Select the Services Tab on the menu to purchase. Image Once purchased, you will have a Character Transfer Token in your characters inventory, right click on the token and select "use" to activate the token. The token will look similar to this: Character Transfer Token Icon This will bring up the Character Transfer dialog box, which contains your character's name, and a menu to select what server you wish to transfer to: Image If there are any issues that would prevent your character from transferring you'll receive a popup box (similar to the following) that describes the error in detail: Image Image Once you've cleared out the errors, you'll be presented with a confirmation box verifying that you wish to proceed with the transfer. Click on "Yes" and your transfer will go through. If you need assistance with any step in this process please contact our technical support department.
