Hi when you say the box is empty, what are you suppose to say? Are you suppose to say the item box is empty or the item is empty in the item box? Also when they ask you to take pictures of the box are you suppose to damage the box first and then take pics or take pics with box perfectly intact? When they ask if the box is damaged are you suppose to say no or yes? I really appreciate the help I know i'm asking alot but I guess this thread will also help others too. Yes I am new but I got to start somewhere. I really appreciate the help
