Screenshot by Lightshot I logged in to the world of tanks account and changed info and set up 2-step auth, linked my own email etc. A few days ago the email was taken back and today the WOTB account was taken back as well. Just a heads up I have no relations to what happened with the account at all, I don't even have the app and I don't have control of the email at all. He has no proof that it is me, but like I said I am trying my best help get this account back and make sure he is satisfied.
He also screenshotted the chat to use it against me with his false allegations, that here by breaks personal privacy laws in multiple places in the world and one of them is Canada, in Canada you can not screenshot or do anything to infringe on personal privacy i.e recording, screenshotting, taking a picture of personal chats or any chat logs on any platform. I would like for him to remove these screenshots as they are infringing on my personal privacy and also he is using them in a defamatory way, the definition of defamation is here: the action of damaging the good reputation of someone; slander or libel. So therefore he is also committing another act that is punishable and not acceptable, those screenshot show no proof that I have take the account into my hands. It only proves that it has been taken by someone. I have my own personal proof that I have handed over the account and that I don't have it. I have also sent in a report to Wargaming the owner of World of Tanks blitz, I wish better for the fellow who is going through this but he needs to not do these actions in a not so defamatory way and not by sending in screenshots that I have not approved of and that don't follow any laws or codes in any country in the worlds laws. I would like to inform you that yes I have spent the money that has been given to me but it was not used in a nonsensical way, it was used in a sense able way. So I have no way to compensate for what has happened. This is unbelieveable, there has been no contact between me and him since I handed the account over and I haven't even though about that game or the account linked since that.
You're stating your main account was #, which had information leading to his account being stolen. Yet say he has no proof? You've given him and me the proof, and you are responsible for the accounts you sell and nobody else. This user is not slandering you as you have made a business agreement with money being exchanged and he has nothing to show for it... But you do, you have the money. You show no empathy towards the situation and instead attempt to make a mockery of it. @HyperBeastPlays - you need to either refund this user, or get him his account back. It seems you've put in the request to do so and that's good news. @ts3 refrain from attacking another person as what you're doing is not good either. I've issued you a warning for what was said in the chat logs.
Also just to clarify it was his account at the time and it wasn't under my possession, so how am I responsible for it after it was under his possessions. No one should be responsible for what happens after the deal, lets get real.
I shouldn't be responsible for what my buyer had done to them because I had no idea I still had the emails about the other account.

I handed over all rights to him and everything and now you are making me responsible for something I have no power over. By buy the account he agreed to sign over his rights and now he is responsible for whatever happens and how do you know there couldnt have been a data breach

The story of a hacker gaining access to OGE and using your personal information is absurd. Why would a hacker try and recover some obscure game account? How would the hacker have your in game purchase info, ISP, location of registration, etc. Account recoveries require detailed information and this story is not believable.
