Hey playerup community! Does anybody know how much time does it take for the eBay customer service to actually respond to an email that I sent them in order to increase my selling limits? I mean the first time they responded it took like 2 days and asked for some additional info about my products. Now its been 6 days and no answer back. Was it a mistake that I replied to the message they sent me maybe and I should have replied through eBay? Anyone who has experienced this please give an insight! Thanks.
