I've sold some 100% LEGAL and LEGIT software on eBay to 24 people, and one person is claiming that it isn't a real number and I'm "scamming" him. I know for a fact the key I sent him was working, but now I just have to wait for PayPal to make a decision. The problem with that is it is a digital item and apparently everyone that works at eBay and PayPal don't know what digital means. I've had similar experiences in the past, and PayPal is most likely going to side with the buyer (with no proof). :/ Any ideas?
