    Hey!

So I've been looking on Aliexpress for a vape to get, but I haven't done, because I haven't cleared, if I could get in trouble with the law while doing this because there's a law in Latvia, that prohibits selling or purchasing e-cigarettes, e-liquids or atomizers with "distance contracts"(which apparently means online shops).

The law sounds like this - It is prohibited to sell or purchase tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and clearomizers under a distance contract, including outside the European Union or European Economic Area country.

I am concerned about my security, as I don't want to get myself or the person that would be receiving the product in trouble.
What do you think about this? Would I be safe, because post doesn't check packages & Aliexpress maybe doesn't even know, that it's prohibited to receive these products?

If you're about to shitpost, please don't.
