1) About the account being 'garbage', before posting it on PlayerUp we have already sold many accounts from our store website directly and have received positive reviews. We do not post anything on PlayerUp before verifying it's credibility with our customers. We can show the reviews by other buyers who have purchased the same account before and have been using it without any problem. 2) We work with a third-party seller who handles all the account related work. We released the entire account details here during the purchase. When the buyer faced some technical issues, we directly connected him to the seller to make sure that they both figure out the situation on their own without any conversation delay by a third person (our team in this case). 3) The account got suspended with the reason that the buyer listed an expensive item. This was the reason given by the E- bay. It is nothing unusual or strange that an account got suspended due to something and then E- bay gave a reason about entirely something else. E- bay does not reveal the exact reason for the suspension but only gives a general remark from a list. WE DO NOT KNOW THE EXACT REASON WHY THIS ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED. Listing an expensive item is the only response that we got from E- bay. To resolve this issue, the seller offered a REPLACEMENT ACCOUNT to the buyer since all our purchases comes with a warranty. Since this trade was already concluded weeks ago and this was the first account to face an issue, we needed to check with E- bay and the seller himself to make sure it was indeed eligible for a refund and the Buyer did not violate any TOS. At no point of our conversation we denied him of refund or told him otherwise. We already informed him previously today that tonight his order will be canceled before he sent his message to MM to "ensure" that it will be done. It was totally unnecessary.
