Hi, I am reporting a duplicate transaction, not an issue with an individual seller, but the site itself! An error in processing payment caused it to be taken twice! I have attempted to claim back with PayPal but they have instructed me to contact you - which I have done on several platforms (this post being the latest) but I have been met with nothing more than automated responses that don't adequately instruct me on how I can reclaim my money.
