I know, i pretty much only post about fitbits, getting out of hand but if you need help with SE'ing then this threads for you, just wanting to know any methods that dont involve sending it back or taking a picture, i have done both the "not turning on method" and the "leaking battery and threw it away method" was wondering what you guys use, hopefully people with my same question can be helped here too. bobo
