I sold an account back in December of 2020. Playerup never paid me back. Held onto my funds, I filed multiple complaints and even left a negative review on Trust pilot. They didn't like that I left a negative review, finally got back to me. Told me they wouldn't release the funds until I removed my negative review. I removed my negative review last October in 2021 and still have yet to receive my funds. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 30 years of life.
