The time have come, we have grown up a lot the last month and i sadly have not enough capacity to deal with all the tickets and stuff myself, I am looking for someone to be my Right hand and that are online most of the day to answer tickets, and create helpdesk FAQ Site recieved approx: 5-10 chats per day since the userflow is pretty good and the site is very user friendly so you can do whatever you want just have our livechat software up and running on phone and desktop What you must know: - Different languages is a nice thing, you do not need to know other languages than English but its just a plus - Some Knowledge about VPN Services - Coding experience would also be good but not needed just a plus - Able to write articles to our helpdesk - Must be online more than 6hrs a day.
