Does this give me permission

    Ok, so an account bought a 2008 account from me and everything went like usually so I confirmed the payment information to get the money but the next day I went and checked my playerup messages and it said that he is suspended does give me permission to take the account back or what do I do? Thank you very much! If you are wondering he is suspended for fraud.
