DPD have already made some sites like John Lewis, and even the UK version of the unmentionable site (we all know which site I am on about) impossible/very hard to refund. Do you guys think, that with time all other carriers like the royal mail, UPS will all catch up to DPD level? Employing parcel X-Ray systems, and camera recording on delivery, bringing refunding to an end. I reckon in the next three years or so, I see this being the way refunding most sites ending. As carriers using these methods to catch up lot out making refunds and mail fraud near impossible.
