    My Location:
    When I try to access my account management, I get the error, "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action." This error also occurs when I attempt to open a ticket for middleman support, (I purchased something for $125 and now the middleman won't respond.) I was wondering why this restriction on my account exists and what I can do to fix it.
