Sent $200 to an imposter using friends and family on PayPal. It came from my debt card not balance. I logged onto a device Ive never been logged into before and then sent the funds through that device. I also sent funds through my bank account that has never had a PayPal withdrawal before. How do I go about getting the $200 back, would disputing it as unauthorized through PayPal be better then calling my bank up and disputing it through that
