    In order to be fully transparent with you on why you were not paid for this transaction, why your recent payout is on hold:

    3. On February 22, 2021, you cashed out your $226.20 due for transaction: tr3564968937.

    4. On February 25, 2021, your payout was completed.

    5. On April 27, 2021, the buyer opened a ticket stating this account had been stolen.

    6. On June 10, 2021, you cancelled this order - https://www.playerup.com/conversati...n-id-tr3564968937-3-way-conversation.2090086/ for which you were already paid. The buyer was granted his funds back and did so as well when he submitted a dispute through Skrill.

    7. Recently you accused us of scamming you on this transaction: https://www.playerup.com/conversati...ion-id-7228146652-3-way-conversation.2504187/ which you're due $174.00 and was completed in May 2022. While yes you're due funds for this transaction, the problem is that we are due $52.20 from you ($226.20 - $174.00). This is the reason your cashout of $174.00 wasn't released as an agent at PlayerUp froze your payout as we were waiting for you to pay us back as we are running a loss related to your account.

    8. In addition to this, it appears we have taken loss on past transactions with you. Back in 2019, you were scammed by a seller here who was paid. We refunded you that payment took the loss. You commented thanking us for helping you which we did so at that time to help you out:

    In conclusion, how is it fair for us we keep taking losses on your transactions here? You scolded us saying we scammed you but it's the opposite as you owe us funds.

    Now we would like to resolve this issue with you and we will await your reply on how we can move forward with a resolution to this matter.
