    Did you mean @Headless or @deadless? Because I can't find a username on Playerup with @deadless.

    @Grand Legacy, I would dispute with paypal. Also, posting a screenshot showing that he doesn't care and will keep the account would help.

    he says he send the "C A S H" back but he never did....
    then after 3 days he took the limiteds off the account and stopped using it..

    My recommendation is open a dispute on the payment and report the account to the game publishers banning it. Tell them you bought the account and shows logs and they'll ban it.

    I also didn't see the transaction was for $13 only. At this point, your best option is just dispute the payment in PayPal.
