    The persons name is "Itachi no Father" and he has a friend called mike. I had not been playing the game for a couple weeks because i was on holiday. However when i came back i saw that someone had been using energy/premium currency and levellinng the account while i was gone. My original name was FVENNris like my discord name but it had been changed and the account was now part of a brazillian guild. I'm not Brazillian, im Australian. I cant speak a single work of brazillian but i googled some of the words that were being said and it came up as brazilian. I havent attempted to make contact with the person whose taken the account because i wanted to follow up with you guys before doing so. If this dispute gos nowhere though i will try talking to them because i feel like anything they reply with will be considered evidence.

    Again, if something pops up on players up, i message you, but if you buy it through a middlesman he must accepted first, then gets your money, then he gets my account data and then its transfers, so the time till its done isnt in my or in your hands, it all is in the middlesman hands

    Well, i jut can garantee you, i REALLY dont want that account anymore. So no thoughts about that. But i know its ******* stupid when you cant login and ill guess thats the real problem here. But i dont see how i can change that anymore from my side since i disconnected everything :S

    As you can see the transfer of the account was very shaky and i believe that the S9+ still had the account on it and he either sold it or is still playing it himself- he just waited for me to invest in the account before taking it back. Which i believe is a common tactic.

    The attached images show the account - i did not play the game or check at all for a couple of days after i discovered that someone was on it, i only just now recently checked and screen shotted the screen. as you can see energy has been used in the top right, the name is not my name, characters have been levelled up that and i have unlocked people i never had.

    Yes this is a middle man order. i was told by them to post a dispute here. i updated my purchase ticket to get some help and they are currently helping and communicating with funky but also recommended i post here.

    Yep, but not because of me, but because of this Middlesman Service, as you can read above. And if you want to share our chat, why dont you share all of it? You asked me like two times after that if i recieved my money and i tell you no i didnt.

    NO MAN! If you go on your Google Account, you freaking see ALL of the devices that are connected. If you disconected my Phone and it didnt show up there anymore, it isnt connected anymore. I dont know how often i have to tell you that. I dont have access to that account since you bought...well, 'bought' it since i never got any money. I just can tell you, i bought the account myself from another user here. But he's a pretty trusty seller so yeah.

    The Google Service can help you, i tell you. My phone, mail, or anything else isnt attached to this account since YOU disconected it. Don't get me into this problem and accuse me with things, that aren't true. I even got the same phone, bus this google account isn't connected. I dind't sell the phone or did anything with it since YOU DISCONECTED the GOOGLE ACCOUNT!

    I just can tell you once again - CONTACT THE GOOGLE SUPPORT! They have Access to the account and you can ask them for help, with your Phonenumber, Mailadress, or whatever. They even can tell you that my Phone was disconected months ago, since there is an history in every gmail account. Yes, the same history that def. showed back then that YOU disconected my Mail & Phone.

    That's at the end. I'v got nothing to hide. I'm just trying to get the account back. There are no other devices besides my phone connected to the account. I'm happy to provide any evidence to prove that someone else has the account.

    I dont know how its happening. Thats why im posting this. You cant blame my skepticism- there noone else connected to the google account.

    In my perspective, the only way someone else could take the account is by you connecting the account to a facebook account or something. This isnt an issue with google.

    I will check with google support and Facebook support as well to cover all bases. I ask that you do the same and check if any of your facebook accounts are bound to the account. I apologise for being rude- but you have to admit that this is highly suspicious. SOMEONE has the account. and i know it isnt my fault. But whatever, i will follow up with google and fb and see what they say.

    Yeah, please check with them. I just can tell you, i really really dont want that account anymore. I just bought one for myself here on the forum. I just want my money. That's why i'm rude. I just dont have any reason to take the account back. I'm just pissed because i never got the money AND now im beeing accused of something i didnt did.
