Sold [Discussion] No response from stonefire.io as to why they locked my acct

So my acct is locked on stonefire.io back in June with no stated reason given to me whatsoever. I used the site fairly and am not sure what to do. I have emailed the support email several times, first time being a few months ago and still haven’t gotten any response. I have used their chat support feature where I’ve had success in the past with. However, in the time my acct has been locked till now, I’ve only got a response for an unrelated issue (I deposited some cases on the site and couldn’t get them back. Person running the chat support assured that it was going to get fixed in that message.) I’ve had inquired about. This was in the beginning of July so it’s been a month since then. I have a Ak-47 hydrophonic ft skin and ~48 euros stuck on the site and I want to get both back. I figured that I needed a alternate place to get help. If there’s someone here that is from stonefire and can help me out or can link me to one, that would be very helpful.
