    I wasn’t really sure where to post this but I guess I’ll try here

    So basically I want the guardian qi, and I want to use my vanguard harbinger to get it, but since I since it is higher value I can't, and the only way to get LTI is with warbond, so I'm stumped. Does anyone know a way to do this?
