So, I went to buy something off eBay, and didn't see that they shipped internationally (I was using my phone to place the order). So I decided to send it to my reship, and ship it over. It costs me about 100+ for shipping. I wanna be able to get back my money from the reship company. If I remember correctly, I did add on damage insurance. What's the best excuse I can give? It was signed for. Should I say empty box? Or it broke while on the way here? The product is a glass framed picture.
