Recently a customer came to me, asking me to refund his qvc package which he messed up with an empty box method, now I just have a question, to people who's refund was cancelled by qvc, did you guy send it back? If so did you contact them or you just printed out the return label of the site and sent it back? And after doing so, did you guys actually get your refund? Thanks for answering.
