Yesterday I received 2 Google Pixels. I called in about 30 minutes later & after sending them a picture of the shipping box, I was told I would receive a refund. I then received an email stating your refund has been processed and will be available within 14 business days & had the order details. Im kind of confused because prior to the refund, I asked a couple HQ refunders about how Googles process works & was told that after I make the phone call & send them a picture of the box, it would take a couple days to be investigated & THEN I would get the refund. That wasent how it went for me at all, I was literally told I was being refunded on the phone & was then sent the processing email. Im just wondering if what happened to me was normal & if I 100% have this refund? Thanks in advance!
