DHL SHIPPING - I have to pay for buying a product???

    I brought $200 worth of macy's website and i paid 31$ for shipping. When the product came to my door, they gave me a "DHL Shipping Ticket" of $51.88. Like WTF, I paid shipping on the website plus another shipping for this company also? If I return the package, do i still have to pay DHL?
