Looking to make a rewards site in which people complete offers/download apps from an offer wall and receive points which can be redeemed for prizes. Site must be mobile/desktop friendly and use 2-3 different offer walls. I can also purchase a theme if needed. Willing to do partnership (rates to be discussed) if and only if you stay dedicated to the project. Mostly looking to pay for the job in BTC/PayPal (G&S) though.
