Price can be negotiated. I don't have anymore time to enjoy this game properly. I'd like to find someone who's willing to take care of it the same way I did, but in the end you'll be the future owner, so just do what's the best for you. I'm an hoarder, so I've only used items when I REALLY needed too. Almost all the units have their lvl140 unlocked. There are plenty of resources to max level them, unlock 6* etc. All 1*/2*/3* items out till now are fully maxed. All the medals but the ones from the current ongoing events are unlocked. Lots of shiny pokemon eggs. I can provide more pics/answer any questions if needed. I'll keep mantaining this account till I found a new owner.
