Hi, yep should have know better, but the guy looked legit David Ortega, alias david.k8 Started by agreeing to paypal deal then said there was a problem with paypal then gave him an amazon gift card he uses the email address [email protected] the kik address david.k8 if you search david.k8 on your site he appears to have done this multiple times perhaps you can stop him in future at least. Never send gift cards to a seller unless through a middleman. We handle these type of transactions. Contact @Middleman and whomever you bought that amazon gift card from, I'd report that it's been used and try to get reimbursed. They typically can remove the credit from the sellers accounts who took it if you report it.
Sorry for all this. It was a big misunderstanding between me buyer and my friend[used his amazon] i told the buyer when he provided the code that i didnt get it because my friend used it without telling me. I take the full responsibility of my friend and will provide a full refund to the buyer. I have contacted him on KIK but due to different timezones we are having problems in communications. I am again saying I WILK PROVIDE A FULL REFUND.
Are you refunding him a cash payment or a gift card? Once this is resolved, at the buyers request we can remove this complaint and restore access to your account.
Sent 10$ will be sending more via paypal once he is online. I want him to remove all the post he did about me. And everything he did.
It is not resolved untill he deletes all the threads on every sites he posted about me. Also he calls amazon and cancel the fraud case if he did any.
What happened guys? I am getting a wierd feeling about this. Now he is not replying on kik. He told one my friend that i payed back but he is not telling here.
@Admin @Middleman He was not responding to me after i payed back 50$ so i had to ask my friend to contact him. He replied to my friend under 5mins while he was not replying to my for past couple of days. This was his reply.
