Resolved Credit purchase question

    Hello,

    I bought a few hours ago 20$ of credit.
    The payment was successful.
    I was told to "activate my purchase", However when I click on the link it asks me for the url of the trade and the name of the seller, but since it is a credit purchase I do not have these.

    So do I have to do something or will the credit automatically add itself after some time ?

    Hello again,

    In a weird manger, a second deposit which I made 24 hours later was successfully processed, but my first one of 20$ is still not processed.
