    Has 1.6 milion gold and legendary training gear for the magicka templar(julianos/mothers sorrow)

    Mages Guild/Fighters Guild level 10.

    Class, Destro Staff, Resto Staff, One handed and shield, Duel Wield to 50, skill to 4 and morphed to level 4.(magicka morphs or relevant to magicka)

    Undaunted 7.

    Crafting level 50 in all but Alchemy.
