Confused about process

    Hey, I purchased a service through the middleman thingy but I’m a bit confused to when I get to speak to the seller about the service as I’ve paid and on my order it says ‘Pending: approval’ or something like that. If you could give me a process list of how this works it would be greatly appreciated.

    In case you haven't yet, you have to activate your order and finish your verification first. To do so please follow the instructions inside your transaction's private conversation ticket.

    It usually takes 1-72hrs before the actual transaction starts after you have submitted your identification.
